A real climate change agreement happened in Paris during COP21, a two-week climate conference which just ended on Saturday, December 12th.
It is being described as a major victory, or as “not enough” depending on who you talk to. But we will focus on the positive.
It’s much farther than any other climate conference ever reached, and it contains binding and non-binding segments.
